This is one of popular neopixel modules with 8 WS2812 5050 leds (WS1812B) that have 4pin. Sold as 57mm width, but in reality it more like 57.16mm which is 2250mils , and height 10.60mm which is close enough to 10.67mm -> 420mils (and I rounded it up to 420mils on model too). So, I'm pretty sure this module using dimeio in inch(mils) as base.I tried my best to copy mount holes location, and I think it came quiet accurate.
