    十年前的一個想法,一直在內心深處,而今日完成這個圓夢計畫。 本次作品是競技疊杯,本來是想製作迷你杯的,但是建立完3D後發現這樣子杯子的壁厚太薄了,於是一直放大放大,最終它會略小於比賽用杯,因為列印數量眾多因此我希望它可以盡量的小。 至於為何不再小一點,這是因為疊杯是要能夠堆疊與收合的,在這樣的前提下只單純增加杯內或杯外的厚度,看似可行但會發現反而會有干涉問題,如果要避免干涉問題壁厚就會變得非常薄,這樣子的話列印會失敗的。 我是以常見的0.4噴頭為基準做設計的,建議壁厚至少要有0.8mm,但我覺得最佳的應該是1.2,就是三層的噴頭尺寸的壁厚這樣印起來是比較漂亮的,但礙於列印時間我讓杯體是0.8X厚度。 這是趣味性製作喔,就僅是自己喜歡的疊杯自己做,如果真的要拿來比賽要買原廠認證專用杯才可行的,且這印完之後杯體是有點軟的摔到容易破,如果想要印的漂亮或堅固一點的,建議更換噴嘴0.2或0.1去列印並記得去調整參數設定,這樣壁厚就能更多黏得更牢固一些,不過我覺得應該只會改善外觀而已,結構應該還是偏軟。 An idea ten yea ago has been deep in my heart, and today the dream plan is completed.
