B-Daman Marble & Strike shot Display

Overview 簡介 This is a display box designed for B-DAMAN ( ビーダマン ) or 16.7mm marbles. It can also be used with commercially available acrylic boxes. However, the boxes I bought were from Taiwan's online shop, but you could search for a suitable one in your region ( Nevertheless, you can adjust STL file by your own). There are three sizes and multiple designs available to choose from, and some designs are still under design. The marble slots have been optimized to ensure a secure grip without damaging the marble. Before printing, please make sure to refer to the recommendations in the Q&A section. Printing settings and materials may affect whether the finished product will damage the marble. I cannot guarantee that the marble will not be damaged, so please pay attention before production. 這是針對彈珠超人或 16.7mm 彈珠設計的展示盒，也可以搭配市售的壓克力盒做使用 ( 壓克力盒尺寸請參靠後面備註 )。目前共有三種尺寸和多種彈珠數量的設計可供選擇，也有一些測試中的設計還在製作中，彈珠槽也經過優化確保能抓牢的情況部損傷到彈珠。 最後列印前請務必參考Q&A中的列印建議，列印參數和材質可能會影響到成品是否會損傷彈珠，本人無法做任何保證可以不損傷彈珠，製作前請務必留意。 Q&A 問題集 Q : Will the boxes damage my collection ? A : Maybe. It really depends on your printing quality and materials. Finer layer heights or using PLA with lower flexibility/hardness would be more ideal. I have personally used Spider Maker matte filament for all my prints, and it did not cause any scratches or wear. Q : 是否會磨損/傷害到彈珠 ? A : 不是不可能，取決於你的列印品質和列印材料，越細膩的層高或使用帶有韌性/硬度較低的PLA會是比較理想的情況，我自己使用Spider Maker消光料測試是不會造成傷痕或著磨損。 Q : Will the marbles fit too tightly or have mismatched sizes ? A : YES, for sure. All the marbles from JBA have different sizes, even they called it 'JBA-certified". The range of 16.4-17mm is commonly accepted. After multiple prototypes and depth adjustments, the current fit and engagement are relatively good. However, it cannot be guaranteed to fit all marbles perfectly. Q : 彈珠是否會過度密合或尺寸不合 ? A : 會，而且還是一定會。因為每款特殊彈甚至是JBA認證的彈珠都有一定程度的誤差，16.4-17mm都是常見的公差範圍，經過多次打樣已經調整深度後，現在的密合度和咬合狀況還算不錯，但還是無法保證適合所有彈珠。 Q : Can you design other sizes or icons on the boxes ? A : If there are other high-resolution image files available, I can certainly consider them. Regarding the sizes, please provide your suggestions in the comments section. Q : 可以設計其他尺寸或著圖示嗎 ? A : 圖示是我自己掃描包裝重新用AI描圖做出來的，如果有其他系列的高清圖檔可以考慮，尺寸部分可以在留言處提供建議。 Q : Any advice for printing ? A : If you are concerned about pattern clarity and surface layout, it is important to print the design in an upright position. Printing the design in a flat position may result in a less vibrant surface. However, when printing the marble slots in an upright position without support, there is a possibility that they may become slightly oval-shaped due to the effects of gravity. In terms of parameters, it is recommended to use a layer height of 0.16 - 0.18 for printing. Using a higher layer height may cause excessive friction on the marbles, while a lower layer height may result in issues with the icons. Q : 列印參數有甚麼建議 ? A : 如果在意圖案清晰度和表面層紋，請務必立著列印，平放列印的情況可能表面會遜色很多，但平放列印出來的彈珠槽尺寸更為精準，因為立著列印彈珠槽在無支撐的情況下，多少會因為會因為重力的關系變成橢圓的情況 。參數部分建議使用0.16-0.18的列印層高，使用過高的層高可能對於彈珠會有過多磨擦，過低的可能會使圖示成形有問題。 Q : Can I sell the product ? A : NO.
