Flying Sea Turtle

Many people have begun to take the initiative about stop using the plastic straws, and some chain restaurants have no longer offer the plastic straws to their custome. As the matter of fact, it is not just straws that would harm the turtles in the ocean! Marine debris, plastic bags, fishing hooks, abandoned fishing nets, etc. also lead turtles to death. The rapid development of science and technology have created many substances that should not exist in our nature; Unfortunately, most species are not evolving fast enough to catch up with us. These sea turtles are typical examples. They don’t have enough ability to distinguish the jellyfish they love from those plastic bags that might kill them, therefore, It’s much more important that we should think about our nature when we’re trying to get anything further progressed. I’ve seen turtles swimming below me when snorkeling. The slow waving movement of their forelimbs looked like that they were flying under the sea, which provided the ipiration [flying sea turtle]. I took my previous origami turtle creation as a prototype, by adding more details, and used the movable mechanism to imitate the body undulating, even the relative movement of the neck and body of the sea turtle under reaction force. It is my goal to reproduce the turtle swimming gracefully under the sea! After a few weeks of hard work, I completed [flying sea turtle] automata! And I love it a lot! Material used SpiderMaker PLA Matte Iron blue/Matte Clay/Matte Orchid Purple/Matte Brick Red/Matte Kraft Brown ER-MAKER-Matte-Printer-Filament/dp/B07HX9DY9F Print suggestio Layer height 0.2mm 海中飛翔的海龜 當(dāng)塑膠吸管從可憐的海龜鼻孔中拔出的影片在網(wǎng)路中流傳，這海龜用牠的不幸，稍微的改變了這世界。許多人開始主動不使用塑膠吸管，連鎖餐廳也不再提供塑膠吸管；但是能在海洋中傷害海龜?shù)牟恢皇俏埽∷苣z袋、魚鉤、廢棄魚網(wǎng)……等等，這些海洋垃圾也是能讓海龜溺死在海底的。人類的科技快速進(jìn)展，創(chuàng)造了許多在自然中本來並不存在的物質(zhì)；大部分的動物是無法適應(yīng)人類的進(jìn)步，海龜就是個例子，牠們還沒進(jìn)化到能夠辨別，牠愛吃的水母和會害死牠的塑膠袋的差異！也許我們的進(jìn)步應(yīng)該更相容於自然環(huán)境，才是對的方向！ 我曾經(jīng)在海上浮潛時，親眼見到海龜從我的下方游過，牠前肢緩慢的揮動，就像是在海底飛行一般，這經(jīng)歴啟發(fā)了［海中飛翔的海龜］作品的創(chuàng)作方向。我採用多年前的創(chuàng)作--摺紙海龜，當(dāng)成原型，並在摺紙的基礎(chǔ)上，增加了更多的細(xì)節(jié)；再用可動的機構(gòu)，模擬海龜揮動前肢游泳、牠身體微妙起伏，及在反作用力下海龜頸部與身體的相對運動。重現(xiàn)海龜在海中優(yōu)雅游泳，是我的目標(biāo)！在幾星期的努力下，我完成了［海中飛翔的海龜］automata！我很喜歡這個作品！在設(shè)計這作品的過程與完成結(jié)果為我?guī)碓S多的樂趣，也希望大家能在列印組合的過程中得到快樂！ 感謝 SpiderMaker 織造者 贊助本作品之創(chuàng)作 使用材料 SpiderMaker PLA 消光鐵灰藍(lán)色、消光陶土色、消光瓦紅消、光蘭紫色、消光原皮色 列印建議 層高0.2mm
