Dragon Ball 全王 Zeno

Zenō Zenō (全王) is known as the king of all univees, ranking above all other mortals and deities in the Dragon Ball canon. Depicted as a childlike humanoid figure, Zenō has the power to erase entire univees from existence at his will. Fit appearing after the tournament between Univees 6 and 7, Zenō is treated with utmost reverence and fear by the other gods and mortals, with one exception being Goku, whom he befriends. Part of the caution othe have around Zenō comes from the fact that he acts and behaves like a child, destroying entire planets and univees out of amusement or dismay.
